From in-store to your door, fully built and ready to ride!

At Bay Cycles we believe your 'New Bike day’ is a special occasion that should be filled with excitement and the promise of new cycling experiences.

As such, whether it’s online or instore, we want your bike from us to be handed over perfectly set up and ready for you to ride.

So what happens when you choose Home Delivery?

1. One of our team will email or call you to discuss any specific delivery or set up requirements you may have
2. Your new bike will be fully built and receive a Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) by one of our Cytech qualified technicians
3. Any accessories purchased through Bay Cycles for your new bike that you would like us to fit will be installed
4. Your bike will be hand delivered to you by a member of our Bay Cycles team who will be able to make any minor adjustments for you.

Delivery Charges

UK Mainland*: Free delivery on all bike orders

Whilst we will do all we can to facilitate bike delivery to much of mainland Britain, unfortunately there are some areas we cannot deliver to. These include, but may not be limited to, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Shetland, the Islands of Orkney and Hebridean Islands. In addition, we are also unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
